Stance dancing has been well described above, so I won't go into that. Except to say that stance dancing is crucial for a dps warrior.
Now, while your exact "key attacks", and method for dsp'ing are dependent on your gear and build, there are a few key pieces of advice (learned from others) that I can share with you.
1)
Do not die
. This goes for everyone, but you as a melee class, are at greater risk than most.
2)
Be aware of your threat
. Pulling threat can/will get you, and others, killed.
3)
Don't ever break crowd control
. This will get you noticed fast. Whirlwind, and T-Clap are especially prone to this. Your shouts should be ok.
4)
Strictly follow the kill order
. Hitting the wrong mob is the easiest way to pull threat on the trash pulls.
5)
Be prepared to do un-dps duties
. You will need to carry a good shield and one-handed sword (at a minimum) to do O-Tank duties. You will have a shout (Commanding or Battle) to keep up. Do this stuff with diligence.
I hope this will help. Feel free to post your Armory link and we can all offer more specific advice. Good luck

Stance dancing and macro's go hand in hand, so learn to use them. Search online for macro writing, you'll find plenty of websites...takes a little bit of reading and has a little bit of a learning curve, but it's well worth the effort. Why bother to master all this? Let me present a scenario that occurs to me on more then one occasion.
I'm a level 70 warrior so this a macro especially for me.
I have a macro which I use for spellcasters and I really enjoy using against a ganker who is about to hit me with a cast. They see that i am using a 2-hander questing..feel safe and begin their casting warm up..I see it coming and keystroke my macro that immediately puts me into defensive stance, arms me with shield, gives me bloodrage boost, just to make sure I have enough rage, and then keystroke it again for shield reflect..."HELLO" ..bammmmm.. the caster doesn't know what hit them..in that moment of confusion where they hold back from casting again..I use my other macro that determines whether I'm in combat or not to switch me into the proper stance then intercept re-arms my 2-hander and slice and dice.
"MOMMY" is usually the emote response I get as they run for their lives...if I haven't killed them already.

I think that for DWing you need a LOT more hit rating. I'm not really up on DW spec, but I know that you're not even hit capped for single weapon, and the hit cap for DW is much higher. The more chance you have to hit the mob, the more your DPS is going to increase.
95+ with 3/3 precision is kosher, probably pretty hard to manage rage, but he's technically past the point where hit remains a worthy stat. More wouldn't hurt, what he has is sufficient, and expertise would be the best solution if he can find some.

Search

for macro writing, you'll find plenty of
posts
here
.
Fix'd :)
And while I do agree that you should learn them, a good many can just be copied and pasted to get started.

Sonoffool..are you following me. :) ...Yes copy and paste is just fine. Learning how to write them though will help if there is a specific one you want to create and can't find.
