Awful.

Dunsinane, could you clarify please? Why awful? Because of cataclysm?
The demo part looks nice to me, but I don't know if the destro talents are good enough (never looked that far in that tree). Looks like you want to spec for PvP. Is that right?
If anyone's interested,
this
is the spec that I am aiming at (for PvE)

Cataclysm doesn't enter into it. What we have here is yet another build that's trying to do everything, yet winds up doing nothing.
im looking at this as an AV farming spec, to max out spell dmg at a lower lvl and still have survivability long enough to get a fear or DC off, and i went cataclism csaue i figured if i used immolate incinerate and shadow burn as my dps it will be quicker then spamming shadow bolt
Okay, now that we know what you're trying to do with your build, we can fix it.
First of all, your build is going to hit very weakly. You've passed on the significant boosts to your damage (Emberstorm and Shadow and Flame, and to some extent Backlash) in order to pick up a bunch of trash talents in demonology. You've got 20+ talent points wasted on pure fillers.
Secondly, as Juippis has pointed out, Soul Link on its own does very little to boost your survival. SL/SL builds rely not just on the Soul Link talent, but a steady inflow of health from Siphon Life and Drain Life. You'll actually have less survivability than a felguard build would. And the felguard build will hit harder due to the pet's melee.
Third, you're going to be standing still without a pet to protect you. The succubus will die in about three seconds under fire with Soul Link up, and the felhunter can't do anything to get melee off of you. You aren't getting a fear off, because your shadow school is going to be locked by anyone that's taking the time to kill you.
Low damage. Mediocre survivability. Sitting duck. Not a good combination.
Loosely put, if you're going to build a survival spec, then build around surivival talents. If you're going to build a damage-dealing spec, then build around damage-dealing talents.
If you insist on destro PvP, you can check out 7/7/47 and 18/0/43 in the talent sticky. I don't recommend them for being effective at low gear levels, but for BG honor farming it isn't a big deal.
Otherwise, there are several excellent builds for starting PvP listed as well. Either of the Felguard builds (7/43/11, 20/41/0) will do well, as will UA/Shadowburn (43/7/11).
I'd avoid SL/SL for battlegrounds, personally. I find that I rarely duel one-on-one in them.

That's what SL/SL does and that's why it's the cookie-cutter PvP spec.
Here's a hint re: Destruction in PvP. You can either put 11 points in it, or you can go all the way. Why? Once you've got Ruin you want spells that will actually take advantage of it, as well as extra crit. Conflag, Backlash, S&F, Shadowfury, these are all spells which will make use of those point you put in Devastation. Otherwise, once you've gotten all the way to Demonic Knowledge in Demo, you are either going to want the Fel Guard or Siphon Life, not a crit-based build.
Also, as an aside, Nether Protection is middling at best. It's not a talent you want to cap out the tree with.
