Backlash > Soul Leech. If your healers actually even notice your Soul Leech healing then your raid probably has a few things to work out. And 3% more crit is very nice.
Also, with regard to Cataclysm - If you stock mana pots and learn good tapping technique (i.e. tap when moving, when it's a 'DPS off' or phase change) then your really shouldn't have mana problems or be wasting DPS time tapping. As such switching Cataclysm for ISB is a good idea as it lets you function to maximum potential regardless of grp setup (i.e. whether the group is slanted towards Shadow or Fire). Ruling out Shadow Bolts entirely is to reduce your DPS in many situations.

Don't change anything, it's a good build (it's my build too ^^)
Cataclysm is not a good idea, you have life tap for your mana, and 5 points for 5% is not enough for loose any other talent.
If you chain-life tap when healers use theirs hots spell on you, you will (almost) never be oom.

In shadow you spam CoEl+SB, in fire you spam CoEl+Immolate+Incinerate, so fire is less boring... We spend many times behind a keyboard in all case, spamming only few keys. True happiness ;o)

It often comes down to this: Incinerate looks much cooler than Shadow Bolts do :-) I think Blizz devs think so too, and much of the WotLK Destro talents seemed aimed at giving destro raiding an actual 'rotation' again.
The simplicity of DPS specs like destro lock or Fire mage is what made me really enjoy Felguard Raiding. 3 Spell rotation (Immolate/Corruption/Shadowbolt) then add some (often) challenging pet control. Was enough to keep me interested :-D (for 5 months, then i got bored :-P)

Ok, but (now ^^) when I use shadow, it's because I have shadow priest or other warlocks in raid.
I use fire when I am the only lock in raid (heroic or 10 men)
When I use shadow I have DS:Succubus, but with fire, I have DS:Imp. I'm not sure that Immolate was better than SB with DS:Succubus & ISB with other shadow damage in raid.
