* Retaliation cooldown changed from 30 minutes to 5 minutes. Duration changed from 15 seconds to 12 seconds. Now affects a maximum of 20 attacks instead of 30.
* Recklessness cooldown changed from 30 minutes to 5 minutes. Duration changed from 15 seconds to 12 seconds. Changed to "Your next 0 (not yet defined) special ability attacks have an additional 100% to critically hit but all damage taken is increased by 20%. Lasts 12 sec."
* Shield Wall damage reduction decreased from 75% for 10 seconds to 50% for 12 seconds. Cooldown changed from 30 minutes to 5 minutes.
the skill's that you ddi ....did you use them ?=P
anyway now they will be nice skill's now

that would be sooo cool if its true...
i use recklessness in raids a lot.. pop bloodlust brooch and bulwark of the ancient kings, throw in a haste potion and recklessness and do MASSIVE dps on raid bosses.. cooldown is a bit annoying for za fights tho, and if you wipe on a boss having already used it

i don't like the shield wall nerf. you should not have to use it very often, but when you do, the more mitigation the better...:(

Over the course of 30 minutes, the old Shield Wall would reduce 10 seconds of damage by 75%.
If you use the new Shield Wall right away, and then every 5 minutes thereafter (an obviously artificial scenario, but hey...) it can be up

Think of it this way: while the old Shield Wall was great for suddenly saving the raid from an unexpected, inevitable wipe, the new one is available for
every
boss attempt, even

using it to survive an ugly ugly trash pull that
would have
wiped the raid otherwise. So I think it'll be much more useful in its new form.
edited to fix my math: it would take 30 minutes and 12 seconds to have the new Shield Wall up 7 times, meaning it was a non-symmetrical comparison.

I disagree, I would rather have a 50% damage reduction shield wall which I can use on every single boss attempt rather than the current 30 min cool down which is not available on the majority of attempts. I'm tired to using shield wall, wiping anyway, and then not having it available for the next several attempts or boss fights.

Or Gruul type fights, pop Recklessness for a nice lead in threat and still be able to pop Shield Wall later in the fight (depending on time, but possible unlike before). Also Retaliation, aoe tanking for warriors :D

I like these changes a lot. If they really want to make all my dreams come true in this area, they should take shield wall off the GCD, like last stand.

I'm trying to get over the same problems, its a hard mindset to break. I don't even like using my trinkets unless its an oh@#$% situation. I realize this is counterproductive though, looking back I see how many times I could have used the cooldowns and stil have them for other fights that run. I then kick myself.
