No, only one permanent effect and one temporary effect can be applied to a weapon or other piece of gear at a time. You can have any one enchant, counter weight, or glyph and any one poison, sharpening stone, mana oil, and so on but no more than one of each category.

No. A counterweight is a permanent enchant just like a weapon chain. Astaron is thinking of the weightstones (like sharpening stones) which apply a temporary buff to the item.
I know this for a fact..because I had counterweight knockoff my fiery enchant.
Did this when I was a noob.
Crusader is permanent =/ So yes! You can enchant Crusader to your weapon and then apply either counterweights or sharpening stones
I'm not into flaming people.Please just be careful when giving advice like this that you know for a fact what your advicing. Crusade is an expensive enchantment hate to see someone lose it on incorrect info.
