Gruuls can take a couple of level 68's and do well if you have good tanks and healers. My first run in Gruuls with a resto druid, I went with 1200 healing, 225 mp5 casting, and 8k mana (all buffed numbers), and I outhealed a 1700 healing shaman (HoT's during stoned/shatter for the win).
the thing for you will be your mana regen. During the Maulgar fight, you can bet the raid will want you to innervate other healers. It's definitely more of an endurance fight than Gruul (which has to be killed asap or the growths kill you).
1) Get +81 healing put on your mace
2) See if you can get the
35 badge healing offhand or the offhands from either Shade of Aran or Moroes.
3) upgrade the gems in your pants, you'll have them awhile and get a Golden Spellthread put on them (minimum a silver spellthread)
4) +30 healing enchant to your bracers
5) Get a helm with a meta socket. Insightful Earthstorm Diamonds are great for druid healers. Awesome mana regen. The
priest D3 set helm is easy to get and has a great stat spread for druids.
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=35362 isn't bad but no spirit on it.
6) Get a +15 Spirit or +6 mp5 enchant on your chest (SPI is usually better)
7) Upgrade the gems in your boots, and get a Vitality enchant on them.
As an aside, I'm not a fan of auslese's Light channeler trinket. See if you can get
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=30293 and pop it as often as you can. Ultimately you'd rather have a Lower City Prayerbook, but you're far from revered with them.

http://be.imba.hu/?zone=US&realm=Destromath&character=JahlootI would regen all the pearls and low level gems with at least regal nightseyes and I would upgrade your head piece.
But you look pretty close in my opinion.
Regal nightseye = 4 dodge rating + 6 stamina...
Purified Shadow Pearls are what you want.
