Warrior MS arena Questions

Ive been reading threads and threads on different specs and choices for talents to pvp warriors. I have heard to go Arms/Prot is good for BGs while Arms/Fury is for arenas. I am an Orc Warrior so I already have 5 Expertise for axes and feel I should go that route, so I do not have any lucky double swings or random stuns.
My first question is, what is the hit cap for PVP? and how does hit rating factor with expertise as I want solid hits nothing special, nothing worse than waiting 4 seconds after a dodge.
Now onto the annoying questions on spec which is covered in 50 other forum topics I'm sure. Since I do not have any mace stuns, I was looking at the survivability of the prot tree along with concussion blow along with axe spec which is off the wall from all the specs that I have checked out. So I figured I would bring them all together in my own bastardized thread.
34/24/3
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LV0xdAroMhzbZE0zV0xRZc
Focuses on:
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=13048
(I can see this is the point of Fury specs, although with high resilience wont this be effectively worthless?) and
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=12328
(Unless its 5v5 you wont have another person standing right next to you and 30 rage is a pretty steep cost)
While....
35/5/21
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LV0xdAfoMhzbZVZfxt0zhz
Has:
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=12975
(30% of 15k Hp is 5k HP... nothing to scoff at)
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=12809
(An important stun to alternate with pummel) and
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=12807
(useful for those pesky warriors I'll be seeing)
I was thinking to go with the 35/5/21 until I was ready for arenas then switch to 34/24/3. But, with the axe spec I'm wondering if it would be better to stick with the original.

i made a thread about something similar to this earlier, here it is hope it helps abit.

now about your build, in my honest opinion axes are not the way to go in arenas coz of the high resilience of your would be oponents.
regarding your fury build, it kinda spends too much points on Two handed Weapon specialization and doesnt give your Poleaxe specialization the much needed 5/5 points. you also dont have blood frenzy or flurry which would kinda increase your damage output considerably. Here's my take on ythe build if i were to spec it and this is the usual cookie cutter build (this one is for axes as you seem to like axes)
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LV0xbIioMbdbZE0zu0xRZc
--> i do however recommend that you use mace spec coz theres nothing like a mace stun to a dying healer at the last minute preventing him from healing himself or his ally. also, i would prefer blood crazy rather than maxed out commanding presence as most of the time you will get disabled preventing you from reaching your target and inflicting damage. lets say your fighting a rogue that relies solely on his stunning capabilities, when he stuns he he will attack you from the back resulting in white crits, yellow crits, this will atleast give you a survivals chance of staying alive with your second wind + blood craze you will last longer meaning your healer can get more time to heal ur dying ass :D
the purpose of enrage is to boost your weapon damage so i dont think its worthless at all. its also not just activated by crits on you, it might be written that way but it doesnt, you can try this... stand in front of a flame in the hall of legends at ogrimmar for a good minute or so and you will take constant damage, from that damage itself (non crits) your enrage will activate. its a bug that everyone takes advantage of :) so why not abuse it yea?
as for the prot, i would suggest something like this
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LV0xbIioMbdbZVZfxt0ohz
-> much similar to your build but doesnt have improved sunder armor (coz well you wont really use it much trust me) has defiance (the expertise should help you alot should you decide to not use an axe) has 2/3 hamstring, and has blood frenzy for the extra physical damage you and your partners will be inflicting
thats my suggestion, but its your game to play so whatever makes you have more fun its totally up to you

Currently, I have around 330 resilience. My enrage pops up quite often. My damage almost doubles when all my abilities are up. As an orc warrior with Lionheart Execution: 200 atk power from Lionheart proc, 282 from bloodfury, 320 from shadowsong panther trink + (Enrage OR Death Wish). Plus the chance for extra swing.....
Last Stand can be a useful ability. Great when your arena team includes a healer, however, communication can make it or break it. Also good when it comes down to a 1v1 situation and you are behind in hit points. Just be aware that it'll remove as much as it adds on when that buff runs out. Meaning you can go from 3000 hit points down to 1 and a tick of dot can end it for you.
Concussion Blow, for me, it got resisted too much for my taste. Plus, it shares DR with Charge and Intercept, so using it shortly after a charge or intercept is probably not prefer (unless you want to interupt a spell). So don't expect Intercept and Concussion blow to give you 8 secs of glory. However, it is a nice ability to interrupt spell cast. Say if you're tauren, you have war stomp and concussion blow.
Theres a few reason why poleaxe specialization is not preferred in PVP. First, obviously reslience. Secondly, 5% extra crit chance is great in very long fights (PVE boss), but not shorter fights like in PVP. You won't fight long enough to fully see the benefit of extra crit chance. Third, axes and polearms tend to come with attributes like Attack Power instead of Strength (Since its design for hunters also). Not that there's anything horribly wrong with that, but it won't benefit from Blessing of Kings.
And instead of putting points in Anticipation and improved Sunder Armor, I'd rather put points in Defiance for extra expertise. And for someone who chose to go axe because of the extra expertise from orc racial and not take Defiance? Wow.
Flurry and Improved Slam was more of a PVE thing so I rather take Tactical mastery. Sweeping Strike is optional.
Disarm can be devastating for rogues, warriors (most arena warrior would take Weapon Mastery) not so much.
