I dont think cut to the chase will be all THAT awesome, unless muti rogues have ~50+ crit on eviscerate. Even so, thats 10 CP on average for a 5pt SnD, assuming you use 5 cp for the envenom/evis. And will 2 eviscerates/envenom= rupture + SnD? We'l just have to wait and see. It might be useful in BGs for a free SnD every now and then but i don't know if it will be viable during a raid. The only thing i can see is if Assassination rogues just spam 1pt evisc/envenom to get SnD up. That might be ok DPS if you do something like this- 1pt evis/envenom till 5pt SnD, Rupture, continue Evis/Envenom, reapply rupture etc. Maybe it will be nerfed/changed so that its as if you did a SnD with the same amount of CP that you evis/envenomed with.
What i typed out myself is proved on EJ somewhere, almost exaclty what i said but more maths :P.
