i think spirit > mp/5 for resto druids
mainly for innervates and your ToL aura, and gains benefits from kings and your living spirit talent
in a fight where you have 2 innervates (one from yourself and one from a....dpsing feral druid, for example), you can just completely scrap mp/5 since you basically have 3 mana bars to play with.
a lot of times resto druids finish above 50% mana on boss fights because of the low cost of rejuv/lifebloom in ToL form.
so just go +heal > spirit > stamina > mp/5 > intellect, imo.

Honestly, I would gem for just straight +heals and take whatever MP5 and spirit comes along for the ride with the gear. Perhaps use combo gems (Heals/Spirit or Heals/Int) if there's a socket bonus that's really good.
Only you can tell if you need more MP5, based on what content you are at and how the fights are going. If you are running out of mana, figure out first if something can change with your tactics, and secondly regem/enchant if you can make tactics changes. In the meantime, just socket for healing.

Untill you end up OOM before the end of fights (while using all appropriate consumables), gem all for + heal.

so just go +heal > spirit > mp/5 > intellect>stam, imo.
Fixed....as when you pick stam in before last as healer, you standing VERY wrong
you not need much stam anyway and most the stam you need you get on gear easy
