Disclaimer, my shadow priest is only 62, but I have 7 70's with a mage and a warlock, and I'm fairly knowledgable on caster stuff.
You're going to want to grind Sha'tar rep for the head enchant. The easiest way to do that for now is to start grinding Aldor rep (it gives half to sha'tar until you get to 1 point before honored... so a +250 aldor rep turn-in will add 125 to Sha'tar).
Start getting the materials together for the spellstrike set and have a tailor make them for you. Good combination for head/pants and you'll get the set bonus. It's not too difficult to provide mats for spellcloth and have someone with a specialization cooldown available, considering they'll get 1-3 motes of fire and 1-3 motes of mana just for creating the cloth, on top of whatever tip you give.
I think, because you have the FSW set, if you could get at least one piece of spellstrike, go ahead and start running heroics. Healers get the shaft on heroics because they have to be overgeared. Having a shadow priest + appropriately geared healer makes for easy heroic runs.
You'll replace your bracers by either doing Shadow Labyrinth (quest reward), or going to Heroic Ramparts, which has
blue bracers which really should be epic based on their stats.
As for a belt, do the Arcatraz Key quest line for
this little puppy, which will last you awhile.
