You need to pick 2hand or DW, not both.
And only take talents that increase dps or raid utility if that's the purpose for the build...trying moving around some points.

Looks alot better, although I like Mark of Blood over Vampiric...theres times where I'm sure that will save some lives on a boss encounter...spirit bolt comes to mind.
And remeber that Necrosis is only auto attacks...which as a 2hand dps are going to be a very low percentile of you're overall dps, especially without icy talons. You might want to move them around for something like outbreak...but they still might be the best dps for the 5 points in that tier, maybe 3/3 outbreak and 2/2 Epidemic as it will help with keeping the diseases up ...I don't know :P.
