That's perfectly fine for Kara.
I could see a raid who is short a couple people to take you to gruuls too. Gruuls is forgiving of having some green-machine DPS (just not green healers or tanks), so unless people are wanting to be elitists, There shouldn't be a reason to turn you down for gruuls. I'm not sure if they'd let you be a tank for Kiggler though with only 7k life.

no offense OP... but how hard is it to do a search (or READ A STICKY) in these forums to find the answer to that question. Why must we get 50 "am i ready for Kara" threads each day?
/facepalm
buuuuut yes youre more than fine for kara... Id say you could do Gruul too if the rest of the raid is up to par in there. The only thing i would say differently than the abve poster is that I dont think "green machine" dps is adequate. If you cant down him before a certain number of growths its really gonna strain the healers.
I will say this though... I would be more wiling to take someone with greens or low blues if their gear was gemmed and enchanted properly, it shows effort. So props to you!

reaper, I was just thinking about some gruuls runs I've done (I'm a resto druid) where if you can't fill 2 spots because of people leaving, etc, even level 68's will work if you're desperate, it's not raid-breaking, but yeah, "don't encourage them" is a good mantra.
