Starfire overtakes Wrath in terms of dps in raid situation (Curse of Elements) from a certain point. Looking at what i computed for the guide, 20% crit / 1300 dmg (both fully buffed) is enough, and having higher crit will further tip the scales in favor of SF.
Wrath can still be usefull for trashes or for getting a last cast before an interrupt/movement, but shouldn't be kept in the rotation as "highest dps" spell, because it isn't past a point that's not that difficult to reach.
(can also be used in a MF/SF*3/W rotation to renew MF as soon as it falls down, but crits and such mess with that rotation. I'm not really a fan of it.

I'm still in my learning curve (just about to start ZA), but what I've seen is that until you are at or close to your spell hit cap (150 with BoP) I do more dps with a MF/IS/WrathX. Once you get your spell hit, SF becomes better. Better to miss with a 1.5 sec cast spell than a 3 sec cast one. Once you are at the spell hit cap, do the SF rotation.
Just my 2cents.

Yes, but statiscally you should miss more Wraths which compensates for the faster cast time.
It is more annoying to have an SF be resisted though, i'll agree with that, but that's exactly what makes it dangerous to decide through "feelings" instead of numbers.

It's just you. Moonkins spell have no aggro modifier, they all give 1 threat per damage done.
Regarding nature damage, i'd be surprised if the difference between your nature and arcane spell damage was significant (in comparison to the 100 or more arcane damage you can get through spellfire or shadow and normal damage difference for locks and spriests), because i don't see much in the way of +nature damage except for the Kara ring.
Ok, there's a BEM ring and a Setthek ring too. None of those are that impressive if you're at SSC/TK level (ie probably have the max level KZ ring, Recurrence ring, and maybe a badge/ZA ring.
I personnaly never saw the point in winning 10 nature dmg at the cost of 25 arcane damage, since the number of fights where i use pure nature is almost null (not even Curator since adds are MF/SFable).
That being said, looking at your armory, wrath will indeed beat SF at your current stats (see the numbers i wrote in the previous post), so the comparison you made was indeed right.
