So i have a Protection paladin that has 330 enchanting but only like 80 jewlcrafting and i really think that mining would help me level JCing much faster and cheaper but im already pretty far into enchating and i have some good enchants too. How much money would I be saving by having Mining to level to 375 JCing? Do you think its worth dropping enchanting at this point to help with JCing? Cuz pretty much all the JCing recipes only use items u can mine so basically everything will be free right?

It is not free if you take mining, all the ore you mine is worth what you could have sold it for, plus you will be losing whatever you put in to enchanting. For example, if you mine 50g worth of ore to make some ring, the ring isn't free, it cost you 50g because you could have sold that ore.
If you are going mining just to level jewelcrafting and then dropping it at 375 JC, I wouldn't do it. If you want to keep it as a gathering profession so you can have good income outside of dailies then I'd say take it.
It all depends if you want enchanting. Dropping enchanting for mining just to level jewelcrafting and then leveling enchanting again is a waste of time and money.

Just farm the money some other way like dailies and buy the mats, it will be faster than leveling your rogue and his mining and then farming the mats.
