Tanking in pvp gear makes me think that aggro won't be the problem, surviving will.

First thing to do is make the tanking engineering goggles, they're great. Next try and buy the Felsteel armour set from the AH or mine the mats and have someone make it for you (just the gloves and legs). Then get a tailor or make the Cloak of Eternity for you (AH and farm the mats). Next up is the rep items form the SSO, get the tanking sword and shield from them; you should have the rep already so getting it won't a problem.
That'll be a good start. Gem all the slots you have with +12 Stamina too, can't go wrong with that (unless the socket bonus is worth it; like the tank goggles, drop a green one in there with +4 Def and +6 stam).
Right now, you sitting at 370 defence, 11% parry, 11% Block and 5% Dodge. That's really bad. The resilience will help that low defence, but you don't want that to be the case.
My 'easy to get' tanking gear is linked below. All of it from PvP honour, quest rewards or crafted. Look up the item in the database and see how to get them. (I've got the S2 shield, but the SSO one is just as good).

Alternatively, stay dps for now and run heroics for badges, spend said badges on tanking gear. Grind SSO rep, gold is nice but they have incredibly nice tanking gear, the sword, shield and necklace. For the easiest route, try to get into a guild with Kara on farm, one where the tanks are well geared enough to pass on the tanking gear drops, also a great source of badges.
The problem with taking that route however is that you are eventually going to have to learn to tank. Gear is only part of the process.
