What the heck are you talking about, Draeneimetal?
That's when WotLK hits, not now. He's asking whether WF totem overrides WF weapon or not, and the answer is no. If you use WF weapon and then smack down the totem, nothing happens to your weapons.

Basicly, what the weaponbuff totems do, at this current moment, is applying (pulsing) a temporary version of the spell we can cast on ourselves, to the entire party. Totems only affect the mainhand though.
So yes, like previously stated, they won't stay, and the totem won't override the spells cast on the weapons "manually".

Now, casting windfury on yourself gives you the long haul personal benefit but when you cast the totem will it over-ride windfury weapon, stack or over-ride it and negate the windfury weapon?
Kinda new to shamans, read and didn't seem this answer anywhere so yeah.
Dropping windfury totem doesn't do anything if you currently have a weapon enchant on your main hand. In WotLK, Windfury totem's being changed to haste rating so it will actually do something beneficial to the shaman. Currently, no, it doesn't do anything.

No, WF Totem does not override your WF imbue. There is a 3 second hidden cooldown for WF on imbue as well. Many people don't know this. If you're going enh, I suggest dual wield, along with 2 1 handers that have a speed of between 2.6-2.8. Statistically, this will maximize DPS to it's fullest.
