Any DK tanking specs should be fairly straight forward. (just saying) You take the 3 tanking specific talents in the top tier for all the trees, and then move down into your main tree. My only concern is with the blood top tier talent. Having never played a DK (since I am not in beta. I'll use this for my shameless plug of _someone please let me use your beta account to make a dk :( _), I don't know how often you're "out of all runes" for that skill to be active. The others (15% armor, and 5% dodge) seem very basic and failsafe.
Anyone who is in beta (omg let me play a dk), how often are you "out of all runes" for that t1 talent in blood to be active?

Runes reactivate in 10 seconds and I couldn't find a way to use all of them in less than 3 different moves. That makes 3 GCDs. 10 - (3 x 1.5) = 5.5 seconds.
How often does that happen? None, unless you panic or do it intentionally.
Edit: My last statement above may not be true. It is possible to always put yourself in a runeless situation intentionally every 8 seconds and keep that talent's buff up all the time, without gimping your threat generation. That's a whole 10% avoidance which should never be underestimated.
