When leveling, I would grab:
1. Pet abilities (Bite, Charge, Gore, in your Boar's case)
2. Cobra Reflexes (when it becomes available at level 30)
3. Great Stamina (up until Rank 5 or 6, some point where
diminishing returns
kick in)
4. Natural Armor (same story as Natural Armor, but less useful since Magic doesn't care about armor, heh)
5. Avoidance (optional for leveling, more for instances, where AE is more frequent)
Any extra points got placed into Great Stamina.
Don't worry too much about getting that perfect pet TP build, the respec cost is fairly cheap and resets more frequently than your character's.

In general, most end game hunters will put cobra reflexes and avoidance on their pets, and after their offensive abilities are maxed, they'll do Stamina and at least one Resistance. Shadow and Frost resistance is great in PvP so he can attack warlocks longer, etc...
Additional armor isn't a bad stat, but I usually don't have much in the way of Training Points for it.
