Your post is very difficult to understand. I'm assuming you'd like to know what gear to pick up.
I'm not familiar with specific pieces of gear, especially not from the new badge gear, but as a Moonkin you need to be looking for intellect, stamina, spell hit, and spell crit primarily.
Moonkins are known for their crit chances, so be sure to keep yours, but if you plan to raid, keep it under control. Doing more DPS is nice, but if you crit too much you'll generate more threat (and then pull mobs off the tank).
I also highly recommend getting leather whenever possible. You can use cloth, and in some cases cloth is the better dps piece, but the increased armor from leather is one of the only benefits moonkins have over a mage. You won't do as much dps as the mage, but you aren't as squishy as the mage.

...as a Moonkin you need to be looking for intellect, stamina, spell hit, and spell crit primarily...
This is incorrect. Spell Crit is our LEAST effective stat per Item point. The stats in order of importance are listed below:
1. Spell Hit
151/152 rating needed to cap versus raid bosses without an Elemental Shaman. With Totem of Wrath, 113 rating.
Until capped, spell hit is the best value per point.
2. Spell Damage
After hit capping, this is generally what you should focus on the most.
3. Spell Haste
Since we are talking about someone new to Moonkin, I will assume that Spell Haste is not available on much of your gear. It is still better point for point than Spell Crit however.
4. Spell Crit
Less valuable than direct spell damage but still a useful stat.
Don't gem for it
, but don't avoid a piece simply because it has crit.
Now Stamina and Intellect are very important, but the above four stats will impact your DPS the most.
