I was thinking about this too..

Seal Fate gives a remarcable combo point generation, thus allowing for more rupture uptime. Murder spree doesnt look very usefull for me..pve point of view, but Prey on the weak and Unfair advantage look kinda sexy...

the real deal in combat is stay of execution. improved kick is crap (all bosses are immune ti the silence effect) so i thought of where putting that point.
1 point in soe will allow you also under 35% health (and its low) to work well with potw, just because "you are treated as full health". and in raid some bosses may do some aoe, or special attacks, so u probably will be hit. we rogues dont tank, but we take some damage.
and in a solo point of wiew, more dodge = more unfair advantage.
so my spec will be this

.
and for the fans of mutilate specs, this

should work well.

you guys are missing the point of a "raid" spec
since our classes role in raids is to do the most possible damage you should pass up things like stay of exe and Nerves of steal (and i saw imp evis on one build which is a big N.O.)
this
(someone do the math for me and find out if the last point is spent better in imp poisons or vitality, i assumed poisons)

my original build was similar, i put 2 points in remorseless attacks since i find the extra crit nice... i also put 2 points into imp eviserate but i could definately see poisons for only 2 points being the better investment
remorseless attacks is fail for raiding and you will never be building enough CPs to waste them on evis
edit: i assumed we were talking about raiding if wwe werent my bad

yeah, changing the mace spec, imho will be fun and worth it goin for double weapon.
my build with mace/sword

i want to try mutilate builds aswell, i put 2 point in both turn the tables and focused attacks, but i dunno if its better to max one out. i thought that 2 points each would have been fine.

1 point in stay of execution means that prey on the weak will be active below 35% health regardless of whether or not the bosses health is below yours. If raid damage is as aoe heavy as it is in TBC, one point in stay of execution will mean a higher uptime of prey on the weak, increasing your average dps way more than a single point in improved poisons would ever do.
