This:

is the dreamstate "restokin" pvp build.
but i think with warrior or warlock you would be better off with a Feral Charge 8/11/42 build. Dreamstate is good with ShS rogues although i have also seen it work well with a MM hunter.

I'm not talking from a high rating standpoint (i'm the sort of player who will talk on the phone while in arena), just decent understanding of the classes:
Ye you need a PvP spec to heal well in arena. Feral Charge specs are a world away from any x/0/x spec. Having a offensive/defensive counterspell/interupt/snare on a 15 second cooldown is huge. This specs loses none of your healing power for arena play, it just has less regen, although in PvP gear the difference to regen is very small. If you do decide to get Feral Charge, make sure you use it.. a lot. It's incredibly powerful, but you have to get into the mindset of not just running around healing.
Restokin also has a lot of PvP advantages over a PvE build, the main ones being awesome regen in full PvP gear, and an offensive tank form that works in healing gear (where bear form attacks do not). It does have substantially less burst healing power though. Even more than Feral Charge builds you have to adapt to not healing 100% of the time, but then that's the fun of this spec.
As for your healer soloing things, Restokin is the easiest spec to solo things, especially melee players.
