Personally (As a Resto myself) I would go with Balance gear. Y
ou will be getting SOME buffs to your offensive spells in the Resto tree
uum no....you just get mana regen and less treat...that won't make a different at all when you solo (mana regen is good vs downtime.....not in "offense") ...mark of wild not count:P and natural perfection 3 more crit is not revolution (and i take you pve healer so i bet you not got this vs living spirit and other in same tiar)
but use spell> Feral if you got resto gear, if you need it to badly you can always sacrifice some talent to put in balance

I would do a build similar to
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=0pcMzbZZxVcxcq0jot
. With the last points put into Starlight wrath, Focused Starlight and celestial focus in the balance tree and the last 2 points wherever you would like in the resto tree. I currently have just under 700sd with the few balance items I have and eating. It takes about 35 minutes for me to do all of the daily's on the Isle.

My favorite way to kill things: Lifebloom, & Thorns.
No, that's not the fastest way, but I don't die.
Otherwise, you just play like a Balance Druid without Moonkin form. Roots stuff, barkskin + hurricane when you have multiple mobs (a stack of lifebloom on yourself before you aoe always helps), moonfire, wrath, and starfire.

I do dailies just fine in my resto gear (580 +damage, 1717 +heals), it's all basically Root + IS + MF + SF. If there are multiple targets, I just cycle MF + IS on each target and a lifebloom on myself.
