http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=IEMriRftqtbofois the wowhead version of what you have now.
You might want to morph into this at 70 and start building up your spellhit (so you don't need the suppression points, since that only applies to affliction anyway).
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=IyMMiRfkVtfocxc0cThe 5 points in shadow embrace aren't the greatest, you just put in 1 point so you get another debuff on your target (to protect dispels and get the extra 4% from soul siphon).
I took out Imp Life Tap for now, because once you have good +spell damage, Dark Pact gives you pretty much all you need for mana, the extra 20% is nice from LT, but I rarely LT. This is about your playstyle. If you are LT all the time, get it (take the 2 from Imp CoA)
With Curse of Shadows gone, any group where you're with a mage (and any raid you're in regardless of composition), your Curse of Elements is going to be your go-to curse. Longer fights means managing your dot durations. One less to worry about (CoA) is totally worth it.
I left in Imp CoA just because you're not 70 yet, it's still probably the curse you use most, but eventually you can drop it off and go to a fairly standard Affliction build like 45/5/11 (wait until you get a good amount of spellhit before you do that, since that puts more emphasis on your shadow bolts).
Of course at that point, you may be tired of affliction anyway. But Affliction is the most tolerant for raiding warlocks who aren't fully epic-d up yet.

ok, i am coming up on 70 and i need help on where to use the last 3 talent points?
edit: you didn't type anything here, so we couldn't see the linkThis is a link to my current build, which more than likely i will keep. I am deep afflic and usually use the drain tank method. Any advice on where to put the last would be great.
EDIT: link didnt work, my char name is "parnage" to look up on wowarmory.
Can't really tell you where to put the points, because we don't know what you're going to want to do at 70. I can suggest respeccing, no matter what it might be. Given how you've spent your points, there really isn't anything that will be of significant use while you're still leveling.
- If you want to farm some better gear or some gold, the best options are generally UA/Shadowburn or Drainguard or Felguard. These are also very solid builds if you want to give Battlegrounds a try.
- If running instances and raiding is more your thing, you can go Felguard, as above, or some variant of UA/Destructive Reach. UA/Shadowburn is also viable here.
