Why, in build 2, do you have Two Handed- Weapon Specialization AND Dual Wield Specialization?
Because titan's grip means dual-wielding two-handed weapons? Logically, both talents should apply.
Directed at build 4, at most you only need 3 points in Unbridled Wrath (the chance for only 1 rage point isn't worth more talent points than that)
That's only how it works now, in WotLK it could work differently.
Anyway, I personally think it is a bit early to be settling on detailed talent builds. Some talents are bound to change, but the overall direction of talents is beginning to show.

My purely subjective comments, coming from having a whole 0 experience from beta:
Build 1: Completely worthless. TG > Sudden Death, and the stuff you get before Sudden Death does not make up for it at all. Even if you're married to Sudden Death, Axe spec > Sword Spec
Build 2: Don't know what your goal was here. With Iron Will I would've thought it was a PvP spec, but you do not have Furious Attacks or Enrage. Assuming it's for PvE, I'd drop Iron Will and Anger Management, get 2/3 Imp Heroic Strike and 3/3 Deep Wounds. I might also suggest removing 1 point in Unending Fury (which is pretty meh in general) for Heroic Leap, depending on how useful that ability becomes.
Build 3: Not sure what you're going for here either. Unbridled Wrath is too lackluster for an Arms spec, drop that and get either Booming Voice, or however much Imp Demo Shout will be needed to fully debuff a level 80 raid mob. Again, assuming this is PvE only, get rid of Piercing Daze for anything else. It may have some use if you moonlight in arena or BG, but has no place in a PvE build (unless some gimmick fight requires massive kiting, like Razergore back in Vanilla). Also, Axe spec is certifiably superior to Swords for PvE: Sword Spec is about a 5% increase (a bit more factoring in chance it can crit, even with chance to miss/dodge), but Axe Spec is straight up 5% more overall damage, plus 5% more damage on all your crits (not just white swings).
Build 4: Devastate won't be viable for raid DPS. Useful maybe for an offtank spec that needs more survivability than your average DPS warrior in tank gear, but I think it would be easier to just go full prot and be that much stronger a tank, and still put out respectable DPS in DPS gear, as prot warriors do now.
For anyone who might follow up: despite the much improved ratio of strength->SBV, an offhand weapon should still outperform shield slam in pure DPS output. Tank gear with high strength (as opposed to high AP, which may be on DPS gear) won't help this, because your other DPS stats would be too gimp to compete compared to actual DPS gear. There is the benefit in that a Devasate/Shield Slam build does not require near the hit of a dual wield build, which could be a bonus for a tank's offDPS set.
