thats my best build for pvp...more a prolonged system of dps and ways to keep myself alive to deal fair amounts of damage.
im mostly looking from some ideas from visas the rest of you are welcome to offer up advice.

Many of those talents are no longer correct, that calculator hasnt been updated in ages.
Anyways, at this point in time I would probably suggest a heavy frost / mid unholy or mid blood build for pvp purposes. Frost is just doing so much more burst damage than the other trees, on top of having better survivability. Blood's Self-Healing wont really help all that much in the burst-damage environment of battlegrounds and arenas.

well in that case im probably gonna do a frost unholy.
*sigh* we wont know until it comes out and i cut my final custom talent build, eh?
speaking of release dates...any closer to even hinting on a month rather than winter months?

Assuming the talents stay relatively the same, a build similar to this would probably be best:

hmmm, can i get some examples of burst damadge from our apperently beloved frost tree?

DK's are like the only anti-hot class so if your facing a druid your gonna kick there ass, and also if u spec with some frost u have the resistances of your tanking tree so your mainly casters and healers that have hots

well that is a given, mages will be fairly well screwed to.
but take into mind this is a versatile class.

I had another little pvp encounter today...
Was leveling at 69 in borean tundra, and this level 70 blood elf death knight comes after me (he didnt have bloodworms, but I'm still not sure if he was blood or frost). I killed him the first time. He comes back, he tries to hearthstone out, so to 'teach him a lesson' I interrupt and kill him again. He comes back again, heals up while i'm fighting mobs, and attacks me once more - I kill him AGAIN and right as he goes down, a level 71 warrior with illidan's warglaives charges at me. I managed to kill the warrior, but died as well - due to shadow of death I went ghoul form after he killed me, and got enough damage on him to kill him right after, then ran off to find a safe place to drop my corpse (one nifty part of ghoul form =)
Just after that, I group up with a 70 hunter and 70 death knigt, and we're questing in the same area. We notice the hunter wasnt following us, and had been killed - right before he died I saw a frostbolt debuff on him, and none of the mobs around there used frostbolt. So, me and the DK ran back to where he had died - there was a 72 mage, that same 71 warrior i killed earlier, and a 70 rogue. The two of us killed the warrior first, the mage second - I died during the fight with the mage but my ghoul form and the other DK were able to kill the rogue.
Some fun pvp =)

I'm 5 into blood (subversion/butchery) with the rest in unholy.
As for the warrior with the glaives... he was already a bit low on health (think he had like 60-70% when he charged me) due to fighting mobs beforehand. The green gear you get right off the bat in northrend is equivalent to karazhan+ stuff as well, the very first quest I did in borean tundra got me a 110 DPS 2h sword.
