My armorylink is in my sig. I use a Windserpent and use a 3:2 macro. I put out an average of 1.2k dps out on bosses I was wondering if there was anything I can change to maximize that dps

Your crit isn't quite high enough to warrant using a wind serpent over a ravager if you're min/maxing. Also, instead of gemming primarily for agility, as a BM hunter I'd gem for hit up until you hit that 9% hit cap, and then for attack power. You should see a slight DPS increase by gemming hit instead of crit (since it takes 1.4 crit rating to equal the same percentage increase as 1 hit rating, and crit is only 1.3 times as powerful as hit), and you should also see a slight increase by gemming for AP instead of agility. You may want to change out your gear as well.
Your other option is to spec survival and keep all the agility (actually lose a bit of hit since you only need 6% hit as a survival hunter), since you would have 819-820 agility as a survival hunter, which would give the entire raid 205 attack power via expose weakness. I'm not exactly sure if your DPS would go up or not, but I do know you'd see improvements in raid DPS if you have a lot of melee.
That being said, remarkable job thus far, your spec is great, your choice in gear is pretty good (some hunters like spirit, healing, and strength), albeit you just geared yourself like a survival hunter while specced BM. You picked a very nice pet, just a little early. Just remember, for DPS: hit > AP > agility > crit, but they're all pretty close. The changes I'm suggested would change your DPS by probably 10's, not 100's, as you seem to have everything down pretty well.
You may also want to play around with a 1:1 rotation. I'm not sure at which attack speed/haste a 3:2 becomes better, so you may see some increase in DPS there.

What is your average DPS on a tank n' spank fight such as Teron/Rage etc.? If you're talking about boss fights in hyjal alot of them severely gimp our dps capabilities, Infernals, Rain of Fire, cripple, etc.
Also I seriously hate you for having those gloves still no drops on Area 52 =(
BTW, gemming for AP is retarded. If you get a feral druid or a resto shammy in your group then you're over 35% crit, which is fine to support your Wind Serpent. I'd suggest replacing your haste ring with the +hit ring from Akama, or the 3rd timed chest in ZA if you can find hit elsewhere, and 3:2 rotation automatically switches to a 1:1 rotation when hasted.
I also suggest binding the 3:2 Macro to Mouse Scroll, makes it easier to keep up :P

Gemming for AP is not retarded. 1...at his gear level, losing 100 agility and increasing 100 AP (actually 200 AP if you count the loss of AP from agility) would yield a higher DPS overall (factoring in Mortal Shots). However, like I said - the difference would be small. Also, with things like LotP, AP is better. Think about it, if you have 2000 AP and 20% crit and get bumped to 25% crit, vs. 2300 AP and 17% crit and get bumped to 22% crit, that extra 5% crit (which is 5% damage overall) is based on your AP and will thus do more. Not to mention AP translates to DPS for your pet, where the extra crit doesn't (unless you have a wind serpent).
When I said Hit > AP > Agi > Crit, I didn't mean "I look for those because I like them in that order," I mean "I've (seen/done) the maths, and that is why I look for them in that order." Haste wasn't really big when I was doing most of my theorycrafting, however, that's why I'm not too familiar with 3:2 shot rotations or where haste fits into the mix in terms of increasing DPS. I'll just wait until WotLK comes out to grasp that one, since it will simply be to get 15.94% haste then stop.

I do have a ravager readily davailable in the stabes just that I got lazy (mana biscuit feeding) I'll give ravager a shot.
115 hit rating because we do have a boomkin in raid just about every raid.
I also suggest binding the 3:2 Macro to Mouse Scroll, makes it easier to keep up :P
I use a G15 Mouse.and bond it to my mouse key 5 (pretty much a smaller spamming button)
The ring is a bit.... eh.... If I could get the vials I am exalted with Hyjal >.<

1.2k is bad for your gear level. Stand still more and pew pew more. Keep your pet alive. Chug haste pots when your mana level allows.
I do have 136 haste passive. I shoot at a 1.90 and I only have a 5.8k mana pool I had to drop my

to lower my passive haste
Haste is nice but my mana pool isn't great. I have 4 pieces of gear void of intellect.
I don't see myself ooming alot but I think Haste does contribute to the factor
