If your talking about to increase you damage output best, then it's JC and Ench, for the BoP gems and the ring enchants, but Shadoweave tailoring are also a good option if you aren't planning on going higher than kara.

Yeah! from the looks of these they are BoE! So no need to take tailoring to make them, just have another tailor make them for you.
To the OP, I am so glad you asked this as I have been debating on changing professions (herb/alch here with all the flasks discovered), since a guild mate INSISTS that I should be a tailor to make the frozen shadow weave set. Can't wait to read more of this thread.
