-Atlas and AtlasLoot if your a raider, or just want to find out where an item is from,
-Lightheaded and TomTom if you love WoWHead and hate the QuestHelper mem leak
-Deadly Boss Mods is a must for raids and also in BGs (it's a timer)
-NaturCombat if you want to find out what that mobs/toon is about to cast on you (and to know how long a pally bubble has left)
-Dr.Damage, tells you how much damage each attack will probably do
-SimpleMP3, if you don't like the areas music switch to your favourite playlist
-Rogue Focus is a MUST for rogues in PvP
-MyRolePlay if you roleplay this is the way to go
think I have covered most of my addons

Do yourself a favor if you are not familiar with all of these addons extract them all to a folder on your desktop (for easy access) and install and configure them one at a time. Going on a mad downloading spree and installing them all at once leaves your UI in a state of chaos.

For coordinates you can get Cartographer (that changes everything of the map though) or if you just want coordinates then you can get Koordinator.
You can find all these addons along with instructions to install them on
www.curse.com
.
