If you are a tailor you can get both of the whitemend patterns from Tempest keep instances Botannica and Arcatraz.
The Belt of the Long Road pattern drops in SSC I believe.
All the patterns are BoP, all the items are BoE.
As the mats for them are pretty demanding, they are normally made on request. So gather the mats and start asking around to find out who can make them.
Good Luck.

Alright guys, I guess nobody has noticed that the BOOTS of the Long Road are A BOE Pattern with A BOP Craftable item.
So... you can get that belt made by someone else but you will have to hope someone has that boot pattern for you.
What I suggest you do is talk to the big guilds and find out who has a pattern in their bank and ask if you can buy it off of them.
My other suggestion is, if you can't afford it, screw those boots and get the Badge boots, they rule.
As for the Whitemend set, just have someone craft it for you. Farming those patterns is retarded and takes WAYY too much time. On the other hand, it's probably not a bad way to get exalted with the Sha'tar.

Just to add to this discussion:
I have the PMC set which I still use (that set bonus rocks). My issue was not having enough stamina.
So, instead of going for the whitemend/boots of the long road craftables, I went with the s3 helm (or s2 if all you do is BG) with a Stamina/Res glyph and a Stamina Meta and the Vindicators Mooncloth Boots with Boar's Speed.
With simply these 2 pieces of gear, my STA is now looking great. I think more priests should look into pvp as some decent alternatives. Keep in mind though, that it is a balance. Resilience is dead weight in pve encounters, so don't take too many pieces of it.
