All you really need to care about is the last tab - the one that gives you the % of average price.
To back up with an example:
You are looking for Living Rubies, and the average price is 47g/piece.
Now, if you see one Living Ruby selling for 40g, you'll know that you are better off buying it. But what if you see 17 LBs for 830g? How do you know if those are above or under the average? Well, Auctioneer tells you, so make sure you always arrange the items by clicking on that last tab, not total price, or name.
