I really really hate tree of life form and i was thinking that this build would work better in arena (maybe) than druids who go into tree form.

This build goes into balance instead of ToL and imp. ToL which will up my HoT durations among other things, what do you guys think?

Whilst the current feral charge specs will be dead and gone in lvl 80 PvP, it's seems like level 80 versions of the current Restokin spec might be very powerful.
Not only do you get all the resto/balance synergy that is now at the top of the Balance tree, but you can get Moonkin Form, Swiftmend and even down to Living Seed all in the same build.
Something like this maybe:

The most important thing though (and correct me if I've overlooked/misunderstood something here), is that resto and balance gear (with the new Spell Power stat) is more or less the same thing in WotLK, right? So you could wear healer gear that was not gimping your healing stats in any way, but would provide
way
more offensive spell power than current restokin gear (i.e. resto gear) provides.

I don't see why you can't do a Resto/Feral build with Feral Charge and Tree of Life.

Plenty of different ways to go here. Feral Swiftness is mostly for the +dodge and can drop a point for Feral Faerie Fire. I think Thick Hide complements Improved Tree of Life and Dire Bear Form marvelously, but can be dropped for Feral Instinct. The restoration side has plenty to synergize. Furor and Natural Shapeshifting for powershifting, Master Shapeshifter and Omen of Clarity for versatility, Replenish allows for your teammates to hit more often.
I see the above build pretty solid for 2v2 and 3v3. In 5v5, a more dedicated healing pvp build would be better, like

Ye you could indeed get a feral charge build still, but it's 13 totally wasted talents to get it. That's a lot of wasted talents, which is why I'm sceptical that ppl will take it as a lvl80 arena build. And as mentioned, the balance/resto gear synergy will become amazing in WotLK, whilst the feral/resto gear synergy will remain as it is currently i.e. non-existent.
Having said that, it's hard/impossible to picture how actual combat will pan out against other classes loaded with their new talents, so... we'll see :-)
