Stuck at 49 and mutilate questions

Hi, I've been bumping along on my rogue until now, I just hit level 49. I've run out of quests or so it seems. I've been to Hinterlands, Tanaris, Ferelas, Burning Stepps (yuck), and others. Places like Un Goro are too high. What should I do?

Second question is about Mutilate, it does extra damage when poison is applied? What poison do you use?

There are plenty of other zones in that level range. My particular favorite is Felwood, though Blasted Lands aren't isn't bad, and some people really like Azshara. My advice: go to both Azshara and Felwood and try some of the first few quests there, and see which zone appeals to you more.

As for poisons, it depends on your play style. If you like using blind a lot or if you're fighting mobs that love to run away, crippling/wounding is the way to go. If you want additional damage go deadly. I like to be more in control of the situation, so I usually go crippling/wounding unless the mobs never flee or maneuver.

K guys I hit 50 and love mutilate :) thanks for all the advice. I eventually went to Burning Stepps and got about half way then ran ZF and finished up in Un'Goro with a friend helping.

I picked deadly, just because if I want to gouge>Mutilate I just let my energy recharge then do it between ticks. I got imp poisons (IK deadly is better but meh :P) so I'm getting them a 5 stack applied before CS runs out :)
