Idea for a new curse! -Hilaritay involved

Ok so here goes:
Curse of Irony:
Blah% of mana
Instant Cast -- Whatever
Your target is afflicted with the curse of Irony. This curse will increase the chance of missing with both melee and spells by 15%. Additionally, the enemy will also have a 5% of reversing the effect of any 1 spell, and having it backfire on them. The backfire effect simply causes the spell to be applied on the caster instead of the opponent.
What do you think? Overpowered? Funny? Both! =D

Well maybe a cooldown would balance it a bit. But hey -- this would definitely give warlocks a chance to fight back against rogues finally.
I first dreamt this up as a deep Affliction talent, though not the final one. Trainable would be OP.
To be honest, screw rogues actually, they get enough love from developers as it is.

Target Rogue is turned into a Warlock, at the same time you are turned into a Rogue.
Lasts 5 seconds.
Should be plenty of time to take care of business. >8D

It's not OP in the sense that you one shot anyone you cast it upon, you might even lose a fight even with that curse with enough difference in gear/skill.
However, it's OP in terms of advantage it gives to the lock against any and all classes (and especially casters) without any kind of limitation. 15% less damage output for meleers (and maybe more due to rage/combo points starving/seals missing/...), 20% less damage output for casters (+ the chance to damage themselves in the process) and 5% less healing power for healers.
How can you seriously ask how it is OP to be able to inflict such a disadvantage on ANY ennemy ?

That is a good concept.
Curse of Revenge (end affliction)
20% of all damage dealt by the target is reflected back onto the target. Cap it at some point so its not OP against bosses, and we have a nasty spell! And its not OP, think of it as Eye for an Eye, working for less damage, but procs on non crits dealt by the target as well.
Basically something like this?
