Best Combat To Healer Transition Class?

Between Shaman, Druid, Paladin and possible Priest (?) which do you believe has the easiest transition into the opposite specs? Meaning, if you leveled as Feral/Ret/Enhance, which would be the easiest to pick up healing at 70 and vice versa? I assume with the recent changes in "Spellpower" that it would be very easy to switch between Shadow/Holy Priest and Elemental/Resto Shaman, but im still iffy on those two. Any recommendations or examples?
Im worried about getting a class to 70 before WOTLK that I will actually enjoy most. I love to heal, but I hate the feeling of having to rely on someone to do such mundane things as Dailies and can't really enjoy the feeling I also get from PvP and ganking (Revenge possibly?) as a Healer. :<

Shaman in my opinion. I don't play any of them, but of the current opposing performers, I think a Shaman can do best in melee physical DPS, ranged caster DPS and Healing. The downside is that you can't tank.

The OP's basically right, the spellcasting specs will be easiest to level if you want to heal at 70/80, because you're going to be accumulating the same gear while levelling that you would need for healing.
I'd agree with Whosatthedoor and go with shadow priest as the best option, because shadow is priest's main levelling spec and cloth gear is going to be easier to gather now that it's shared with all mages and locks.
If you really don't want a priest, Balance druid should be a decent second choice. They're fine levellers, the Resto-Balance cross-talk in talents makes them probably the best off-spec healer in the game and druids are getting a few nice things in WotLK. The downside is that spellpower leather is always going to be a druid niche, but at least it's still only one gear set now.
But in the end, pick something that you enjoy. The whole 'i cant solo anything because i am heal specced and geared' is largely going to disappear with the spellpower change anyway.

Easiest to swap: Shadow to holy.
if you plan on doing PvE end game, go for a priest, they will take prefereance above ALL other healing classes. If you plan on doing PvP, druid, all the way. They are the best PvP and Arena healers end game because of the instant cast HoTs at their disposal, but make poor instance healers (20 min rez).
restro shammies can DPS probably the best in their healing gear out of all the DPS classes.
Paladins: Best mana efficient healers in the game, and also heal the LEAST (my pally is holy). Generally get to go into raids for their buffs and if they cant get a restro shammy.

2bitmarksman's point about the 20 min rez will not apply in WOLK.
I would say druid for surviving ganks and farming/dailies at 80. swap some gear and a press of a button and you're basically a different class in cat form, and your healing spells will keep you going for long periods of time.
Holy priests you'd probably have trouble with damage at 80.
Holy paladins should be able to do decent solo damage with seals/judgements, consecration, and holy shock, all scaling with spellpower.
Shamans I'm not really sure about, but the transition from healing to soloing shouldn't be too bad.

Shaman has no real problem switching between Resto and Elemental. The stats needed are basicly the same. I cannot really recommend switching between enhancement and restoration all the time. It's a completly different playstyle.
As shaman you only have 3 spells and some totems to play with as healer, but people seriously underestimate the difficulty when healing as a Shaman. It's not about getting the right spell, I think any halfbrain can probably come up with that, but the problem is usually aggro management due the high crit rate.
