Why is it saying I'm out of pre-paid time and need to purchase more?

I'm on a 1-month recurring payment time, so every month on the 12th, my dad's credit card automatically gets charged $14.99 and I get a month of WoW. I just tried logging in today and it said "You have used up your prepaid time for this account. Please purchase more to continue playing."
Naturally I was quite surprised by this, so I went to worldofwarcraft.com, went to account management, and it said that I was still on a 1-month recurring payment plan.
Here's what else it said:
1.
Active:
Your account is active and can be used for playing.
2. Next Bill Date: September 12, 2008
3. Notes: Your Visa will be automatically billed on September 12, 2008
(Today is September the 14, by the way. And I was just logged in yesterday on the 13th, and even as recently as about 1:30 AM today... I couldn't sleep, shut up! :P)
4. Billling plan: 1 month recurring. Status: Pending.
I honestly don't get why I can't log in. Does anyone else have this problem, and does anyone know what I should do about it?
I was just reading the technical support section on the official forums, and there are a bunch of other people saying they are experiencing the same problem. Naturally, there is no blue response.

I asked my dad about it and he said he hadn't changed my account stuff. Like I said, there are dozens of people on the official forums having the same problem as me, and it just started yesterday apparently, so I doubt this has to do with my dad not paying >.>
Edit: Just found a new 10 page thread. Make that hundreds of people >.>

They have not yet received money from the bank.
Wait till monday, many banks tend to do maintenance on week-end.

Did your dad get a new credit card recently? I remember similar happening to me when my mom got a new credit card, she had to go in and change it to the new one.

Based off what I've read on the hundreds of posts on the tech support forums, the problem is on blizzard's end, not mine.

The credit card was billed about 6 AM on Friday. That doesn't count as the weekend.

Whoever is the account holder will probably need to call Billing tomorrow at 1 (800) 592 5499 if the issue still persists and the aforementioned thread does not help.

They seemed to have resolved the issue, yay! :)

This thing happened to me as well. The 12th was the day it was supposed to be taken on, but today it gave me that message. It let me long onto the PTR, and after about 3 hours of waiting, it finally showed the payment as processed. Wasn't a big deal, but definitely annoying.

i see something wrong with your billing plan... u should be doing it on a 6 month basis rather than 1 month, its cheaper, my old friend from be4 i switched servers told me he was on a 6 month plan that only cost him 72USD every 6 months which over a whole year is 36USD, or 2 months, worth of money/free time saved, when i asked him how he did it he said it was through internet and that's where i dropped the convo though, seeing as how i can't buy things over internet i decided why should i care, but u may as well use it, im assuming u can get it through account management but im not sure....
