What does 'exalted to the kingdom of stormwind' mean ?

i got a level 25 druid and went to th horse place in elwynn forest and it said they cant sell horses to any individual who is not considered to be at least exalted to the kingdom of stormwind.
what does that mean ?

If you are not interested in doing the rep grind for the main factions, you can just save up Battlground tokens and get the type of mount you desire without needed exaulted rep. You can get a War Steed (horse), War Tiger or War Ram through the BGs for 90 tokens. (30 of each: Warsong, Alterac and Arathi)
So if you really want a horse you can either grind rep till exaulted with Stormwind, or play Battlegrounds a bunch and buy one with tokens. The BG horse looks pretty cool too.
