That's personal preference.
I prefer to run 15% faster, and it does come in handy while chasing mobs or kiting them (Hyjal comes to mind)
However, it's not a necessity, just another tool.

Personal preference. Personally I like the spell dodge from PoJ more than the spell damage reduction from Spell Warding.

Spell avoidance from PoJ is removed in 3.0.

Thank you for not adding anything to this thread. Stalaureye is clearly talking about tBC(hence the link to the tBC talent calculator) and is not asking about a product hat is almost 2months away from release.

and what the hell did you add, blightman?
to the OP: improved justice is really nice, and the spec isn't hindered by getting it. pursuit of justice is even better for the spell resist (dodge is a misnomer) which will benefit tanking as well.
No spell dodge is not a misnomer. Spell miss <> spell resist. Basically there is a 2 roll system for spells to hit. Spell hit and PoJ influence the 1st roll and resistance gear/spell penetration influence the 2nd roll. A design flaw in tBC reports both as resist in the combat log. Fortunately in WotlK they are fixing this.
/sigh
As for what I contributed to this topic, basically the same thing you did, adding the spell dodge component of PoJ for raid tanking into the topic in addition to the extra mobility
