WTF, Interface, and then the following:
If you have any patch file with a name like "WoW-2.0.1-enUS-patch.exe" or similar (2.4.0 would be best) save that one. That type of patch is a "full" patch, meaning it has all the revision patches before it in it (ie. 2.4.0 full patch has all the patches up to 2.0.0), this will help speed up the process.
Then you just need to save all the incrimental patches that come after the patch number of the last full patch you have (they'll be named like "WoW-2.4.0.8089-to-2.4.1.8125-enUS-patch.exe" etc).
If you have a good internet connection, I'd honestly suggest reinstalling from scratch, and then downloading the 2.4.0 full patch from here (
http://www.fileshack.com/file.x/11958/World+of+Warcraft+Patch+2.4.0+-+US/AUS) though if you have all the incremental patches saved you could do it that way as well.
I should also bring up the fact that if you have access to someone else's patched wow client, you can simply copy their entire game folder. To do this you'd just back up your WTF and Interface folders like normal, copy their ENTIRE World of Warcraft directory to where you have wow installed. Then you delete THEIR wtf and interface folders, and then copy yours back in.
