I have no idea who is in charge of your material, but they need to go back and ERASE all the BAD info in the quick comments. Almost each and every skill says some price for skills/spells, even though ALOT of them are from quests. All this bad information is finding it's way into db's hurting more than 50,000 people.

I'm not sure if you're referring to the Comments tab or the Quick Facts box. If it's in the Comments Tab, you can either rate down the outdated/incorrect comment or you can report it with the "report" link. If it's in the Quick Facts box, the best way to get it fixed is to email us at feedback@wowhead.com.
I do know that some spells have a training cost, even if they are learned from a quest. This is because in Blizzard's internal data, EVERY spell has a training cost, even those spells that cannot be trained. Our database just displays "whatever is in the training cost field". Likewise, every item that could be sold at one point also had a purchase cost, even if it was a quest reward or an instance drop that couldn't be bought. We dealt with this by putting in a check to see if there was a "sold by" tab, and hiding the purchase price information if there wasn't. Might be able to do something similar here.

it's the quick fatcs. My bad. Look at, for instance, defensive stance and berserkers stance. swift flight form. They all list "costs" for them when in fact they are from quests. How can something quested cost? Seems every single spell that is quested has a cost in the quick facts on the right. This causes people to either put them on traienrs for said cost, or players to go try adn find them on trainers for said cost.

I know something Malgayne doesn't. The training cost of spells was incorrect due to a bug in the looter in calculating faction discounts. Its a known issue, and is being looked at.
