It's just you. Snares are the biggest problem Enh has as a spec (in PvP).

Well, yes, but it will not save me from Frost nova =(
Seriously, I see this argument all the time and it's a weak one. Frost Nova is NOT the end of you, what follows
after
is; Ice Lance, Frostbolt, etc. Which is fairly easy to heal through with resilience. You have to realize that as a Mage, or even a Priest or Warlock, once an Enhancement Shaman is on you you're pretty much done. Mages have tools that keep melee away from them at the cost of low stamina and pretty much no armor (hello, Purge and Armor Penetration). The REAL problem always has been the Rogue. Keeping Crippling Poison on us is much too easy, so I gladly welcome the new talent even though the previous one was a significant upgrade.
People forget that Enhancement Shamans can still heal while keeping a decent mana pool up. :)

You shouldn't even have to heal through the first one. As soon as Frost Nova pops, you drop Grounding Totem to take care of their next attack and then start pre-emptively charging a heal to counter the damage from the next one; by that time you're likely unrooted and should be charging for interrupt range.
