Personal Rating lower tha Team's? 100% played

I was playing 2v2 but after playing quite some games, I realised that both my partner's and my Personal Ratings are lower than the Team Rating. Both of us have played 100% of the games in this Season. Our Personal Ratings are the same but why is it lower than our Team Rating?
