No, you can only grant levels to a character lower than you.
To be honest, I didn't even know that you lose levels at 60 so I don't even know if the 60 you leveled lost the levels. Reading this definately will make me use my bonus levels at 59 lol, thanks.

Yeah for sure.
And I know you can only grant levels to a char lower than you. But he has a level 60. And then if he levels let's say 5 chars to level 10. Then he should be able to give me 25 levels with his level 60? But as I read this thing about loosing levels at 60 I'm not sure.
Granted levels are saved to the character not the account. If you gain grantable levels on 5 level 10s, the level 60 does not gain any grantable levels.
