Okay. I'll be gentle with my thoughts, feelings, and emotional responses. I'll be blunt with my rational analysis.
Passing on 10% pure avoidance as a tank (anticipation, deflection) is horrendous. Particularly when you're picking up an Int boost (worthless for a tank), Aura mastery (ummm, what?), Improved Blessing of Might (that's someone else's job), and Guardian's Favor (if you need the shortened CD on Hand of Protection, you're doing something terribly wrong)
There are 15 important points you're passing on for shinies. Anticipation, Deflection, and Ardent Defender.

I'm skeptical AD is all that useful with leapfrogging raid boss damage (especially the slow-swinging hard hitters). However, I have dumped extra points into Reck/AD when I had points available. The only thing I had a hard time deciding on was the 3% crit (really nice for raid dps, when you can't expect someone else to provide the buff) or the reduced stun/interrupt CD. I went with someone that doesn't have the potential to be redundant.

Thing is this talent tree still doesnt reflect the one Blizzard has posted on their site so...Dream with caution lol.
Wowhead's talent calculator tends to be updated more frequently than the one on Blizzard's own site, so what you're seeing here is probably more accurate than on worldofwarcraft.com.

i went with imp hoj since it interrupts now, plus reckoning is useless cause of dodge and parry, i do know that there are diminishing returns on dodge and parry after 20 perc, but reckoning is all based on chance, this IMO is straight up threat gen and damadge reduction

i use:
for raiding. great versatility for either main tanking or off tanking, great threat production full damage mitigation and there no raid bosses that can be slowed by the judgement effect so that can be withheld.
