Normal Bm run. Rogue rolls need on Primal Nether and I decide to check his armory page. To me surprise he's an alchemist and herbalist. I alt tab back into game and start going WTF?! Why you need that? Alchemist's don't need primal nethers. His excuse, I thought I might need it later.
If you don't need it, DON'T NEED IT!!

Here is a WoWhead (thottbot) blunder for you ...
I was exploring Redridge Mountains with my first toon, and it was still a bit above my level. Killed an Orc, got an Axe. So, thinking I was so smart, I checked the db to see what the Axe was, and, oh happy day, its a quest item. Cool. I'll save it.
Skip ahead several days.
I unexpectedly pick up a group killing Orcs in Redridge Mountains. They share a quest with me, and off we go, merrily slaying Orcs by the dozens. I collect the 10 Axes for Blackrock Menace, and kill all 15 for Blackrock Champions.
I am so confused when the quest giver will not accept my completed quest! The quest log says I've got all 10 Axes, but only 9 are in my backpack. I go kill more Orcs, taking time to be sneaky and pull only one at a time (since the group long since disbanded.) No more Axe drops. WTF!!
Finally, I give up. I'd only meant to stop in Redridge to drop off booze for Dry Times, and then back to questing in Westfall anyway. So I figure I will solve the mystery next time I'm back in Lakeshire.
As usual, I stop to Bank/AH o nmy way. Low and behold ... there is the missing Axe, safe in the bank where I'd left it while questing in Westfall. <smack> Duh!
LOL i did the same thing once. forgot what the quest was. i even put in a ticket for it. after about an hour or so the gm sends me a tell and i explain to him the the qust says completed and i have the necessary item it says but i can't turn it in. few minutes go by, finally the gm comes back and tells me to check my bank. check bank, there are the items. lol

Me and 2 lvl 70 mates, were grouping up to do a pretty hard 5man quest in netherstorm. ( I recon it's about killing a Big Voidwalker in a manaforge).
Anyhow a lvl 67 alliance hunter is allready soloing the quest by running outof line of site for 3-5 seks between every shot me makes. The boss is on 80% so we don't really care about him and go do a botanica.
An hour later we are done in botanica and we go back to the spot where the hunter was. The hunter is STILL fighting that Voidwalker and it's now on 3%!
Well natrually we needed the quest so we wentin and killed the hunter, and just when he releases we killed of the last 3% of the boss ourselves.
THATS DOWNRIGHT JERK-ISH MAN IF THAT DUDE SPENT AN HOUR PLUS ON IT THAT IS TOTALLY MEAN U ARE AN ***HOLE

With the Headless Horseman event in full swing, and trying to get myself some good gear for little effort, I managed to get a few of the broom mounts. So a few days ago, I HS to Shattrath, Aldor Inn, and mount one of the brooms I've had in my bags, assuming it's the flying broom, I casually ride off the edge. It turns out, it wasn't the flying version.

A few times we've been killed in raids because a certain dps pulls aggro.
That dps is a hunter.
And you are saying... that only hunters have ever done this?
I'll admit that -- as a hunter -- I've wipe groups because I pulled aggro. I've hit my 'send pet to attack' macro when I meant to hit my 'set focus' macro. I've body-pulled the next group of mobs while trying to get to range.
But everyone -- be they mages, warlocks, paladins, whatever -- has done similar things. Its how you learn. You've done the same thing. It's how you get from newbie to experienced -- and if you refuse to learn from these experiences, you ARE a noob and deserve to wear a sign around your neck announcing your noob status to the world.
But rogues... they're another case entirely. The rogue class is appealing to the kind of player who'll wipe a group if they get bored.

I believe the idea would be "l2feigndeath". (Much like rogues pulling aggro = l2vanish, etc.)
If the devs in their infinite wisdom have chosen to give your class a full threat-wipe move and you don't use it, and you pull aggro, expect to get mocked by those of us who play a DPS class
without
the ability to reset their threat and still don't pull aggro.

They're not allowed to whisper or report because it dramatically increases the chance they -- and thus their clients -- will be caught. Don't be too surprised if a few weeks or even months down the road your buddy logs in to find his account disabled.
