I run with a disc priest and this fight seems impossible. Anyone have any ideas on how to win against this team?

CC the warrior?
Between Rogue and Disc Priest you have one CC that a warrior cant simply break or immune without using his trinket- and thats blind (which he will trinket).
To be close enough to the warrior to blind him, you cant effectively chase down the druid. If you dont try to CC the warrior at all, his hamstring will make it 100% impossible for you to DPS the druid.
You, or your priest, will die long before you can possibly take down the druid. If the druid was bad, and you caught him, he went bear form and you lost anyway.
Dont kid yourself, Warrior/Druid is the hardest possible counter to Rogue/Disc Priest.

If the druid is good and the warrior knows when to use his intercepts, they'll be able to kite you long enough to draw the fight out and put the hurt on either you or your priest, and you'll lose.
If you're confident that you've got the ability to burn down the warrior, go for it.
I run with a mage in my 2v2, and against that combo we go for the warrior. I can keep the warrior bleeding while me and the mage lay into him for him, and its enough to kill him while the druid is blinded or stuck out of LOS (this is more uncommon). This is only possible if you're using wound poison. Note that he'll most likely have used his trinket before my blind to get out of a 5 point KS. If he hasn't then he's probably going to die.
Seeing as you don't have sheep, you could use fear. Have your priest fear the druid when he goes into caster form to heal, when he trinkets it throw out a blind and take down the warrior.

Wound poison on both weapon (druid will be unable to remove them all enough fast) and DPS the warrior. The druid will eventualy have to stay in caster form and healing touch his warrior to give decent heals. Priest mana burn the druid and of course remove hots and buff on warrior.

just respec combat rogue get maces and get the mace special..
sap the damn warrior then blind after and if druid not in form for good sake sap him an kill that warr....
you need riposte then the warrior is no problem so i think it's best to go for the warr first.
i got a rogue by myself and i have pownd every warrior i ever seen

Now that my frost mage partner and I have broken 2k we've changed our tactic.
He'll coax the druid out of stealth by kiting the warrior long enough to get him to around 60% health, by which time the druid will pop out. I'll jump the druid, using all of my cooldowns offensively and making sure to stay in range of him long enough to force him to split his attention between the warrior and himself.
It's often close but when it comes down to the wire the druid normally neglects himself that split second long enough for me to put him down with the help of some last minute burst damage from my mage partner or a lucky stun proc. Unfortunately things sometimes go south when the mage isn't on his game and let's the warrior get one too many hamstrings on me. Couple that with the fact that the warrior will be mace spec and you've got one hell of a problem. Once a good druid gets into his stride it's game over.
