It would be difficult to give specific advice without a link to your armory profile...
There are a few things we can tell you, though. Not all your gear will come from dungeons, at least not the best items! The following link has a good list of solo-able gear:
http://www.wowhead.com/?forums&topic=4192&p=44559Getting 490 Defense is made much easier by going Anticipation 5/5 in the Protection tree, the rest is gear related.
As far as where to get the
Adamantine Figurine, you can easily look up information such as that on this website. I highly recommend this trinket for you.
Concerning your Bracers of the Green Fortress...it may be wiser to use a reward/dungeon drop for now & save your money (and materials!) for crafting something else. The reasoning behind this is that those bracers have become somewhat old (although they are very much on par with Karazhan-level loot) and like you said, it's hard to find someone who can craft them. You can obtain one of the best bracers in the game for non-raiders as a heroic badge reward (
Bracers of the Ancient Phalanx, added in 2.3. Here is the link for the best blue bracers for tanking that I know of:
Sha'tari Wrought Armguards.
The belt is going to be hard to upgrade, but you have a couple options. The first is quested within Tempest Keep (so you'll be required to have a flying mount) and is the best non-heroic belt you can get (last I checked):
Sha'tari Vindicater's WaistguardYour other option for a belt would be
Girdle of the Immovable, which drops off the last boss of Heroic Slave Pens (less questing, but requires heroic mode).
As for boots, all I can remember is a very high stamina/strength pair from Botanica (second boss, I believe). They are really for MS, but they have a good amount of stamina that you can use them until you upgrade. Alternatively, if you're a blacksmith you could craft
Red Havoc Boots as the last I checked, they were still really good. That would likely depend on what you're willing to spend (or farm) to craft them, but isn't that what being a warrior's all about?
