Stat Weighting Presets

Please submit any suggestions on our stat weighting presets here!
Important
Just mentioning that a preset has one or two stats badly weighted is
NOT
helpful for us, unfortunately. We don't trust ourselves to do theorycraft on this level without some backup!
So be sure to provide either the
full fixed preset
(with the math to back that up), or a
link to a site
that did the theorycrafting for you.

Elemental Shaman:
Hit: 100
Spellpower: 65
Haste: 40
Crit: 35
Int: 10
Non-hit verson
Spell: 100
Haste 60
Crit: 53
Int: 15
I assume that I don't really need to post the math behind this (again), as I'm the one doing it in the first place :o
PS: this is based on 3.0.4 changes, as much as we know about them at the moment anyway.

spOOn also has a spreadsheet posted
here
that can be used to determine EP values.

Retribution paladin:
When using SoB your DPS return on 100 of each stat is as follows:
Weapon Speed 32140 (per 100 weapon speed, obviously only useful as a weighting)
Weapon DPS 537
Str 171
Hit rating 129
Exp rating 82
Crit rating 78
Agil 74
AP 68
Haste rating 45
Armor Penetration 44
SP 23
-
EJ
The summary is up to date with the latest version of the spreadsheet.
What is the difference between Speed, Melee Speed and Ranged Speed in the stats? How is that stat used?

I'm seeing defense gear returned as part of the Retribution Paladin preset:
http://www.wowhead.com/?items=4.4&filter=qu=3:4;minle=170;maxle=250;ub=2;cr=105;crs=-2323;crv=0;ma=1;gb=1;wt=20:96:114:21:119:117:103:77:123;wtv=100:70:67:67:59:44:38:38:12
I understand that these items score higher than the base but I'm not certain that it's functioning as intended. I apologize if this post does not belong here but I've looked for some time and could not find another link to report this.
There is also spellpower gear. Selecting a stat weight does not filter the items in any way, merely gives them a score based on their stats; you asked for plate chests with an item level between 170 and 250 dropping in normal mode instances and that is exactly what you got.

I'd like to point out that Agi currently has no weight for DKs (Atleast not in Unholy). For the record, 65.2 Agi is needed for 1% crit where 45.91 CSR is needed. With the current weights, this means a agi value of 32 should be about right. I get my values from
wowwiki
and did the stat calculation as 45.91 / 65.2 * 46 = ~32.
