I was rolling in HoL with another hunter.
I'm specced MM, and he was Surv. Just after the second boss, I'm doing about double the damage he is, so he asks for a port so he can respec to MM, because he should be doing more damage than me.
I got *!@#ed from that, so I whispered everyone to let him do it, and I'll still out dps him.
At the end of the dungeon, I was at ~2000 dps, he was <1100 dps. Then he somehow blamed the tank for his low dps and hearthed.

In naxx 25. Healer goes AFK for 15 minutes without warning when everyone is at boss waiting. We go anyway, we wipe, we need another healer, he still hasn't come back even despite everyone getting back after a wipe. So we kick him. We replace, and want to summon the last person in, but he comes back. He starts whining and saying why did you kick me, etc. etc. we explain he was AFK, he says "let me back in raid now or I kill you all", and a minute later, proceeds to pull the boss, gate closes, we all wipe.
We're peed off now, but it gets even worse. There is someone in his guild in the group who waits for everyone else to be rezzed and sorted then rezzes the ninja puller - yes he does it again! Got them kicked from their guild at least.
We finally down the boss but worst raid experience ever, lost maybe an hour over selfish childish idiots.

Well well...
I'm a 80 holy paladin LFG for the daily heroic when suddenly a group leader whispers me asking if I want to heal for them. I reply : Sure! So, here I am, on my way to the dungeon, talking to the group about everything and nothing.
And when I'm almost there, I get kicked out with a whisper saying : sory ur not dps. What the hell? is what I replied back. He then told me that a certain player X in the group is the healer and that they needed a dps. I say, uh... ok? Why did you ask if I wanted to heal and invite me? No response... so I decide to /who the player X and turns out he's a mage, LOL! I quickly send a tell to the group leader and laugh at him. He then says something like LOLZ PLAYER X IS HEALER UR NOT DPS BYE WE DUN NEED 2 HEALZ.
I try to reply... explain him that their healer is a mage but he sends a last whisper : FU IGNORE
And voilà! I'm ignored!
I found it funny and sad. I saw them camping near the dungeon entrance LF a healer when I arrived at destination.

In BF with a 64 fury warrior, 64 feral tank, 63 kitty dps, 64 blood dk and my 67 resto druid. Tank and I are on skype during this.
We start and everything is going ok until the DK decides he will be a better tank. No discussion, just starts doing it. After a bit of this he then says he will be tank. Tank tells me that since DK is so determined to do it he will let him tank and goes dps.
Stupid, bad chain pulling follows and DK can't hold aggro. I go oom from group heals, use all my pots and two innervates aren't enough to keep me going. DK refuses to pay attention and stop when I say oom and mb. He also refuses to stop for mb after I've rezzed and healed. Many deaths, many rezzes, including a combat rez, and we haven't even made it to Broggok yet.
DK starts going off on me. I'm a crap healer who isn't healing, healing is only hitting two buttons and I've got enough mana because he saw I had 5000 at the start. It was actually just under 6k but he didn't seem to understand that I use mana to heal and rez an entire group. I had very little mp5 at that time but I've run it in worse gear with no rezzes or oom. I've been resto since level 15 because I play with the feral tank. The only time I have problems healing it's been caused by lag. I know what I am doing and at this point, I'm getting very angry and frustrated.
I've never had to do so much healing and rezzing before, and I told him that. His reply was 'Because you're crap'. I've been resto since level 15 for the tank. I've never grouped with anyone who refused to let someone else do their job. The tank has never had to help me heal and rez an instance.
I can't heal when stunned but he didn't understand that and since he couldn't hold aggro it was happening more than it should have. I don't have time to type when I'm working hard to keep moron from killing the poor DPS and real tank yet again. Not one word from the DPS about healing through all of this other than a suggestion from the kitty for me to go in tree, which I've never needed to do in BF. She has a priest and knew I was struggling. I was in panic mode at this point so wasn't thinking clearly and was grateful for the suggestion.
We get to Keli'dan. The kitty and warrior quickly go down again but tank goes feral and lives. DK says he can solo this room and proceeds to pull everything else at once. I stupidly heal him for it instead of watching him solo and die. Meanwhile, warrior politely asks for a rez. Tank replies that when dork stops pulling everything in the room and we are no longer in combat that rezzes will come.
Tank had been defending me through all the abuse so after this he asks me if I want him to kick the DK. He does and the DK tells him that he needs to learn his class and puts him on ignore. DK should have been kicked earlier but now I know the difference between a good tank and a wannabe tank.
We finish the instance and then 4 man it with only one wipe because we all got stunned and I went down first. With the tanking controlled I never went oom and never rezzed.

I haven't got any extreme stories, but this is something that happened last night.
Running the heroic daily - H UK, it was myself (ele shaman), an unholy DK tank with 32k hp, an arcane mage, a shadow priest, and a holy paladin.
The mage and shadow priest are guildies of mine. The mage and I are about even in DPS (2.8k in heroics, 3.5k in 25man Vault), and the shadow priest normally outputs around 1.8-2k dps.
The holy paladin (a pug) was wearing quest blues and greens. The DK was also a pug.
The DK was doubtful (of the pallies ability to heal him) from the outset, but I reassured him that we'd be ok. I prefer to give people a chance, as quite often they can surprise you. That turned out to be a mistake.
The first trash pull with more than 2 mobs, the tank dies. We cut the healer some slack, start applying some crowd control and press on.
First boss, first attempt we wipe. Second attempt I decide not to dps at all, instead throw on my healing set and help the pally. We get through.
We keep pressing on, using CC for any pull greater than 2, and reach the second boss.
Second boss, first attempt, we wipe. I thought that if we all stacked on the tank (like I explained at the beginning) that the healing should be easy enough for the pally to take care of. The frost tombs on the first boss can be tricky, but this second boss should have been a deal easier... except the pally ignored the instruction to stack on the tank, and got charged several times and died (this pally apparently also didn't like healing themself).
Second attempt, I switch to healing again and heal us through it (pally still not stacking, mind you).
Then,
this
drops. I pass, its not even remotely an upgrade and I'm here as DPS. I'm expecting the pally to roll need. The pally (wearing a Strength plate chest) passes. We ask why, he/she explains that its a shaman chest and he/she didn't want it. We /facepalm amongst ourselves but move on.
More trash pulls, more CC, etc etc.
Final boss, first try I already know I'm going to need to help healing. I don't even bother trying to DPS. We still wipe. It was then we realised that the pally was
only
healing the tank, and was struggling to do even that.
Anyway, second try, I pop bloodlust right as phase 2 starts. The mage and shadow priest burn him down before healing becomes too difficult.
Loot time. The following drops:
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37193
- Plate DPS legs.
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37190
- Druid cat staff.
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41793
- JC design.
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=43102
- Frozen orb.
Myself, the mage and DK all roll greed on the Frozen orb. The holy pally rolls need on it. Seeing this (I'm on vent with her) the shadow priest rolls need too, wins, and offers us all a fair chance to roll on it. The DK wins the roll.
While this is all happening, the DK asks if he can need the DPS legs. Myself, mage and priest of course agree - we've passed on everything except the orb.
@#$%ed off with losing the frozen orb roll (they actually called the shadow priest a "jew" at this point), the holy pally decides to roll need on the plate pants,
and everything else
.
The rest of us are fairly happy with our main spec gear, aren't hungry for money (the mage can DE the unwanted items), and generally want this guy gone, so we don't stress about the blues. But rolling on the dps pants was pretty low. The tank was solid all night and we put up with the ^&*!house healing without complaint.
Luckily, the DK won the need roll. All's well that end's well.
Edit: spelling.
Edit 2: Looking back at the loot, those legs aren't really just DPS legs. Strength and hit are important for DK tanks too. That makes it even more "just" that the DK won the roll.

Definitely in Zul'Farrak when the Lvl40 ret pally insisted on dps'ing with Righteous Fury on and spamming Righteous Defense because he didn't think the geared/specced Lvl46 prot pally could handle it.
On top of that, telling the pally tank to "turn off ur ret aura mines better im speccd" and then, moments after switching to his, watching him type "o srry nm" when the entire group moused over the icon to see the difference.
Lol.

But he responds that he needed the intellect to quicken up his weapon skill training. That's not a good reason for a Warrior to need caster stuffs, but what he said is true:
http://www.wowwiki.com/Intellect
Many people don't know this. Strange that a noob like him knowed.
I'm certain that this was removed "ages" ago...? Sounds like outdated information :S
