Im keeping the same build. But i think im going to get the Mutilate, Envenom, and HfB. Lot more envenoms to keep up SnD so im not worried bout speccing into it or getting glyph. Rupture for 4 extra seconds isnt worth to not have the extra 3% boost to damage

If you drop Rupture from your rotation, you'd have to depend on other classes to put bleed effects on your target. This could cause problems with your DPS in 5 or 10 mans depending on your group composition. If at any time the bleeds would would drop, so would your HfB, you'd have to pay REALLY close attention to the mobs debuffs.

No. You need a bleed to activate HfB, but it lasts 30 seconds even if the bleeds run out.
