Can the old pvp gear from level 70 still be bought?

I am just wondering if there is a place to buy the old sets of gear. Such as Gladiator(s1), Merciless(s2), Vengeful(s3), and Brutal(s4).
I could use any info on gear and weapons and even what is needed to get them and especially where.
I do know you can buy s4 is Shattrath City with arena point and no rating is needed. And I know you can buy s1 and s2 (maybe s3 as well I'm not sure) at the Isle of Quel'Danas for the special tokens recieved from level 70 raids.

The main reason is that I would like to complete my set of s2 gear with two two-handed s2 maces (i never got them since warriors couldn't dual-wield two-handers until a little whiles before the release of wotlk and it just didnt seem necessary). And i'm planning on getting one of those new personal character statues, so i just thought a full s2 version of me would be a sweet looking statue. =P

Please, anyone respond about any information you know of it would help me deeply.

I read a blue post that says only guardian's items are still available. This is offset gear from S4 only, but I have yet to find the vendor....

Can the old pvp gear from level 70 still be bought?
